1. About Petia

Petia is an AI-powered pet care companion app operated by Titan Interactive LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Petia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The app helps you care for your pet with features such as AI food scanning, a health diary and triage assistant, mood tracking, smart reminders, weight tracking, and vet visit logs.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Petia. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@petia.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Petia only for personal, non-commercial pet care purposes. You will not:
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else’s rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or abuse the service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Petia or its AI-generated content
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, security, or rate limits
• Use the app to harm any animal or to replace professional veterinary care

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Petia offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited use of AI features and advanced tools.

Premium is sold as an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or annually through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal price is the standard rate at the time of renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

5. Not Veterinary Advice

Petia is an informational tool, not a veterinary service. The AI outputs (food analysis, health triage, reminders, insights) are general guidance and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian.

Always consult a veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or a local emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not delay care because of anything you read in Petia.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Petia, including pet profiles, photos, mood logs, vet visits, weight records, and notes (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to upload it.

7. Intellectual Property

Petia, including the app, branding, design, and underlying code, is owned by Titan Interactive LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal pet care. All other rights are reserved.

8. Termination

You may stop using Petia and delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your pet profiles, photos, logs, and other data.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or use it in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

Petia is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Interactive LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or harm to your pet, arising from your use of Petia.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Petia will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Petia after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
